Terms of Service for Flipr

1. Who We Are

Flipr is a non-custodial, AI-assisted trading interface for Polymarket. It uses natural language commands via X (Twitter) and connects with Privy—a third-party wallet provider—to let you trade directly from your own wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements.
• If you connect using Privy, you agree to Privy's terms and privacy policies.
• If you're using Flipr on behalf of a group or company, you confirm that you're authorized to do so.

3. Wallet and Trading

3.1 Non-Custodial

Flipr does not:

• Hold your funds.
• Manage or store your private keys.
• Execute trades for you.

All wallet access and trades are initiated by you through Privy. You are solely responsible for your wallet and assets.

3.2 Privy Integration

When you use Flipr, a wallet is created and managed through Privy. We do not access or store your keys. If Privy becomes unavailable or fails, we cannot recover your wallet.

4. Using the Services

• Trades are triggered by tagging the bot on X with natural language commands (e.g., "buy Yes on Biden").
• Flipr processes the message and sends the transaction via your connected wallet.
• You are responsible for verifying that each trade is correct before submitting.
• Flipr is experimental. It may interpret or execute instructions incorrectly.
• You accept all risk, including partial or total loss of funds.

5. AI and Execution Disclaimer

Flipr uses AI to parse commands. This system:

• Might get things wrong.
• Might not always act as expected.
• Should not be relied on for precision or financial decisions.

If you're not okay with the risk of AI misinterpretation or system bugs, do not use the Services.

6. No Advice

We do not provide investment advice. Nothing from Flipr should be considered financial, legal, or tax guidance.

7. Third-Party Services

Flipr integrates with:

• Privy (wallet provider)
• X (messaging platform)
• Polymarket (trading venue)
• Polygon (blockchain)

These are outside our control. We're not responsible for downtime, failures, or errors from any of them.

8. Fees

Flipr currently does not charge users a fee. Third-party fees (e.g., gas fees, platform fees from Polymarket) may still apply. We may add Flipr-specific fees in the future and will notify users in advance.

9. Rules of Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or spam the bot.
• Use bots or automation without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the system.
• Violate any laws using the Services.

We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your wallet secure.
• Understanding how Polymarket trades work.
• Managing your own private key backups.

We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your wallet or account.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost or failed trades.
• Wallet bugs or Privy outages.
• Smart contract issues or blockchain delays.
• AI misunderstanding your command.
• Price slippage, losses, or missed opportunities.

Use Flipr only if you accept these risks.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Any changes will be posted on https://flipr.bot. Continued use after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
